Personality:
Skinny is the quiet, timid, shy, but brave sort of gal. She's usually very quiet and easily startled, though eager for acceptance even if her shyness and fear keep her from seeking it out. She's a good friend to have, if you need comfort and a listening ear as well as a caring heart. She's not a good mother though, and unless she gains a bit of confidence and good self-esteem, she might never get to be one, much less a good one.
Skinny isn't vain or selfish, and has feelings that are easily hurt, even if the pain isn't always demonstrated. She's also lonely, and might be subtly(probably not) clingy to those she has or first makes.
History:
Skinny was the runt of a twin litter, her sister died soon after birth though, due to troubles with a lung. Skinny never really knew her, and doesn't truly remember her.
Her father died a month after, killed by a crazed loner. Skinny a mother abandoned her not a year later, leaving the young king to fend for herself. Skinny was adopted by a kind Saint Bernard three days after, and for the months following she lived with a full belly and a good friend. When the older dog, was killed after a big fall, the 1 1/2 year old was left on her own. Surviving as she could, constantly running and rarely eating, the full belly disappeared and her luscious fur became onlys portion of the beauty it had been.
She spent a long time on her own, growing deeper into her shyness and growing more easily spooked by every fright she witnesses on her moves.
Sample Post:
Skinny felt hunger clawing at her stomach. She hadn't eaten in weeks, and her last taste of liquid had been a few days ago, enough that her body was being pushed past the limits to the near extremes. To her relief, she came upon the large roots of a grand, tall tree from which clear water poured forth. Gasping in disbelief, she sprung forward and drank her fill, feeling refreshed with every single mouthful she swallowed.
Has her head dipped down, her eyes had closed but now she opened them, raising her head up and breathing out in satisfaction. The cool liquid felt good in her belly, nearly tricking it into believing it was warm, juicy meat. She then sighed in longing, knowing she had to eat soon but not having high hope of it.
